Hey everyone. Had a pretty rough night last night. Took my Zoloft as usual and went to sleep. Normally I sleep right through the night. But last night after being asleep for only about an hour I was awake. And I don't mean like just barely or starting to wake up I mean like I was fully awake and felt like 900000 things were runnin through my brain and it won't slow down. Haven't been back to sleep since. Don't feel like myself. Have to use my cpap machine to breathe. Go to the doctor at 230 tho.

Zoloft is known to cause insomnia, even though you say you usually take Zoloft. You might benefit from some type of sleep-aid or even a benzo by your bedside, such as Xanax or Ativan. Xanax tends to kick in faster and would have helped you fall asleep relatively quick.
I experience this in the middle of the night, too; I'm on Zoloft. If I don't take a Xanax before bed, I will wake up after about 2 hours of sleep and feel like getting up and watching TV because I'm so wide awake.
Ask your doctor to prescribe something for this, or even ask his opinion as to whether you need something for sleep.
It's hard to feel like yourself when you didn't get the right amount of sleep, but you'll feel like yourself once more eventually.
