Flashbacks

I get a lot of flashbacks of times when people have me feel bad like when I've been bullied etc that trigger my anxiety and I sort of involuntarily space out is this normal? Or have others experienced this?

This is a normal symptom due to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, I would discuss it with your doc/therapist to get the best course of action against it. Nothing to be worried about!
