I don't know why but my left side is shaking, hard. Even while I'm fighting to hold my phone and type it's shaking. It's been this way ever since I took my dog outside earlier. I live on the 3rd floor apartment and my heart was racing by time I got up.

Now I can't quit shaking and it's scaring the shit out of me. I'm very worried.

And now my blood pressure is 139/88. Feeling sick to stomach. I seriously don't know what caused this. But I could really use some advice.

Are shaking from being shiver? If so, I would say a panic attack

What do you mean from shiver? I mean when I try to move my left arm shakes.

Not sure if that's what I feel. It's only when I move, not when I just lay. So weird!

I get shakey at times too...... My doc said anxiety will cause this.

When you move your arm fast you probably don't notice it as much, but slow steady movements are shakey and jerky right?

Yes. And if I try to hold anything then my arm shakes too.

I don't remember panic attacks lasting this long. This is so frustrating!

Sorry . I've had some last almost four hours, but usually a couple hours for bad ones. Now I can get rid of them pretty quick, as long as it isn't really bad symptoms! I've only had bad anxiety for a year now. It's gotten better . Hope you get better soon

The shaking I described is what I get and it is absolutely anxiety. I'm guessing its come from excess adrenalin.
