Okay to call therapist

I'm home visiting family and some terrible things have happened and I am doing really badly. Can't cope. Is it okay to call my therapist to talk to her and get some help, or is that not okay when I'm not in a session? I don't want to bother her. But I'm in a bad way.

Sms her and ask her that u need to talk, she will at least reply u in d same manner.. counsellors are always ready to talk to their patients.. go on and shoot a sms..
