Hi I just found this forum. I'm starting to get my anxiety attacks back, light headed; head ache, feeling like I'm dreaming or things aren't real. I took Paxil for about a year and it worked great for me. Didn't have any withdrawal symptoms, this was about 3 years ago.
I saw the doctor yesterday and he prescribed it again. I know it will take about a week or to until I feel difference. I can't wait until I feel normal again.

It's weird how anxiety comes and goes for some people. I know it does me. Sometimes it can take weeks for the Paxil to kick in or out. I know when I was trying to get off of it I felt fine for a few weeks and then the withdrawal symptoms came.

It seems like it's been kicking in. I feel a little weird but I feel much better than i did last week. I think I'll be on it all winter and come off it in the spring.
I've read a lot of negative post about Paxil but it works great for me.
