My heart rate is elevated, won't go down. Feel so shaky on inside. Sure my bp is up too afraid to check please help me I'm really struggling!!!!!!

Blessed hope u take ur meda properly.. high bp means ur getting too anxious and it may b triggering ur panic..
Check with ur doc may b he can prescribe some meds.. clonotril 0.5 helps me calm down..
