I live in Oklahoma right where the paths of the recent tornadoes have came through...My house was saved on the 19th but it came less than 1/4 mile from me. I literally had people's belonging in my horse pasture & some pieces of their houses thrown all over my land. I have lived in Oklahoma all my life & have never been afraid of tornadoes ever. It's just a part of life living here. Just in the last week it's really been bothering me & my anxiety. Two ppl in my family lost everything & dozens of my friends have as well. I guess I'm just overwhelmed at this point. Just wish the bad weather would give us a break. I sometimes think I have problems but mine are far less than what most ppl & kids are gonna go through for the rest of their lives. I'm sure most will have PTSD. It has humbled me by far & I guess I'm just thankful for everything I have & my life...Anxiety you will not rule me or my life!!!
