Will my blood pressure go down

Since I been sick and all this crap with ECG monitor my blood pressure / heart rate has been higher than normal. Is this my new norm??? My doc wants to increase bp meds which I realllllyyy don't wanna do. Now I'm worried again which is causing more anxiety which is causing more palps!!!!! Please advise

You should look up natural remedies, vitamin, supplements to lower blood pressure. I know for sure Magnesium is great for anxiety and blood pressure.

Sounds like the monitoring of your heart rate and blood pressure is causing you more anxiety and panic. If possible I would give up monitoring it and just concentrate on getting over the anxiety and panic.
Concentrate on your breathing when you are struggling, it will help you to calm down because you will breath slower and from your stomach not from your chest which you do when panicking or anxious.
