Anyone take propanolol or citalopram ?

Wondered if anyone takes these Meds and how they affect you got some but scared to take them please help :-(

Have taken both and still use propranolol(20-40mgs) for social anxiety. Helps tons with tremor/racing heart. Never slept very well on citalopram but it's helpful if taken long enough for it to start working. Alankay

I've been on citalopram for over a year and am just now tapering off. The first week was the hardest but once the side effects went away it was fine.

Thanks ppl I've got 40mg of propanolol which seems a lot and 20 mg of citalopram I'm worried because in sensitive to pills x

I'm on 30g a day of Propranolol and one 50g sertraline a day in the mornings,ive never been on sertraline be4 but my docs put me on it as my Anxiety has come back so bad,I was fine last week and now back to this 😔
