Hi all,

My names Chloe I'm 22 & have just signed up to this forum I have been struggling with anxiety, panic attacks & some depression since last July.

I still don't know what triggered it but I quit my job moved back home and just gave up on life really. I have been trialled on a few different anti-depressants and most recently have been taking Lexapro 25mg for about the last 3 months. Things were starting to look up I was starting to go out, see friends etc. I stopped feeling anxious and hadn't had a panic attack which was great, but in the last week it has hit me like a tonne of bricks full blown panic attacks, can't leave the house & can't stop crying! I'm not sure if all this was triggered from falling sick with a viral illness or whether the medication has stopped working - which I'm hoping its not that cause I can't handle another medication change!

I also have been seeing a psychologist but I just don't think it's helping to be honest.

Can someone please help or give me some advice I'm really at a loss and am just ready to give up.

Thanks in advance :)

Talk to your doctor... You may have to change you dosage or change medication. I have found ssri's complex... And one can work for a while then not. And they all effect everyone differently.
