Im new please help

I'm in need of some help suffering severe anxiety it's ruining my life :-(

A little background ... I lost my dad last year to a brain tumour.. Then 6 months later my best friend hung himself... Then this Christmas my mum became ill and in jan found out she had cancer... Today is her last day of radiotherapy ..... Basically the last year has been hell... I feel like a nervous wreck :-(
