I read somthing that you can die of getting startled or frightend I'm always anxious this is now making me panic :( I don't know what to do anymore this is a nightmare I had a kidney stone I hit my head

It's false. If anything being scared prevents you from dying because your body goes into survival mode, preparing you to fight.

It scares me cause my heart been through so much anxiety and panic attacks

I have been battling for 5 years now and i also thought about what if the anxiety makes my heart bad etc. But when it comes down to it my heart always delivers.
