Hey everyone, I decided after a sleepless night of racing thoughts, pounding heart, feeling sick and generally horrible that I needed to come talk to some like minded people about my anxiety problems.

Hey there,
I haven't had any professional advice, I've been trying for a while now to use relaxation and yoga, it helps sometimes but when I have nights like I did last night nothing helps. I can be on top of the world and then it feels as though everything comes crashing down.

Relaxation and yoga is proven to reduce anxiety.. keep doing that, anxiety attacks are most common in evenings, note down when it triggers and what all effects are there, by the time juz keep ur eyes closed and concentrate on ur breathing and leta allbthe thoughts flow out.. u hv mild anxiety, not to worry..

Thanks for the advice :)
J-girl I hope you find the help and support and the forum helps you. It is great to find that you are not alone and that there are people who understand and just a little but of advice night just give you the help you need to overcome something. I find it great knowing that others are awake during the night too so that it is less lonely and stops the anxiety and depression getting worse at night.
