Anyone else get anxiety in movie theaters? Considering the awful events that have occurred in them?

Yes.. i get butterfly on my guts.. dont know y n then iy triggers mild anxiety which i am able to control.. i dont hv past events but darkness make me anxious..

Well I'm speaking of the shootings that took place in theaters. And thinking of that made me anxious.

oh god i had this last night at the fast and furious 6 premier. Way to many people and my stomach just felt like absolute shit the whole time. Not a good feeling. The movie though took my mind of everything.

The shootings won't keep me from going to the theaters, but I can't watch scary movies. My husband and I went to see Saw 2 in the theaters and I had to walk out to the bathroom because it gave me a panic attack lol! I'm a wimp, those psycho serial killer movies are not my cup of tea!

same here...and im a dude. I hate that horror stuff that jumps out at me. Makes my anxiety 10 times worse because im so alert lol..
