Jumping heart rate

Does anyone else have a heart rate that jumps from 70-95 every few seconds? I was super busy earlier taking engagement pictures and probably overdid it. But now I'm just sitting on the couch watching tv and its all over the place.

Hoping its just my anxiety or sinus tach, but makes me nervous!
