depression sucks

I hate feeling depressed.. ur mind thinks crazy things you can't control. I need some advice on how to overcome it

Don't be afraid or ashamed to et medications from your doctor. I've been dealing with this shit for 10 years or so. I'm 44 and am now on wellbutrin and some other stuff for anxiety. Once you try a drug and it works for you, you won't believe how well you will feel and be thinking again...... Reach out for help. This forum is a good start! Take care!
