I can't seem to make this stupid heart flutter feeling stop. I took my lexapro at 5:30 and my metaprolol at 9:30 when my heart rate started to speed up. I did skip my metaprolol yesterday, but didn't notice anything out of the ordinary all day.
And so now I've convinced myself I'm going into afib or something even though all previous tests have never indicated that. I tried counting my heart rate and my fiancé said it feels even to him. But I can't get the stupid feeling off my chest and out of my head. I'm sure it's my anxiety, but any advice would be super helpful!
