I just blew up at work and am extremely stressed out. My anxiety is thru the roof. I can't go out side to calm down . Please help

Exhale all the air in your lungs, then slowly take in as much as your lungs will hold, making sure you feel your stomach area rising so you'll know you're doing the right type of breathing. When you can't take in anymore, SLOWLY release it through your mouth, and this is where people go wrong.... don't exhale too quickly. Pretend there is a birthday candle in front of you and intead of blowing it out, you only want to make the flame move a little.
I guarantee this works in times of overwhelming anxiety.
