Freaking out

Anyone on here ever had ocular migraine?

I'm seriously freaking out that I'm going to start having seizures. That's already my fear. I now have a new fear!! The thing is I never got a headache afterwards

I get migraines too, they really suck, think your brain will explode, vomiting and blurred vision, never had a seizure so I certainly dont think they cause them, :-)
