Pains and more pains

Fed up fed up fed up!!!!!


Keep getting these sudden muscular pains in my chest its really worrying me it comes out of the blue now I'm laid in bed struggling to calm myself down. Heart racing worried head... I'm struggling to come to terms with this anxiety. I need help its effecting my life and people around me I'm trying counselling and CBT next week just praying it helps as I really can't take meds I struggle in a real anti meds person

I know how you feel.. they scare the hell out of me.. hang in there! We will defeat it !

You need to push past those fears and at least try a medication because it maybe what you really need to get through! I'm on meds and hate taking them but without them I wouldn't be on here posting.... I'd be 6ft under and that's the truth. Hope it all works out well for you. Take Care. (hugs)
