Hey everybody,
I have a loved one having surgery and I have had thoughts/visions of bad things happening. I have never had any sort of attack until now,and I think it may be because I have never had to deal with this sort of and I don't know how to handle it. It's usually me getting the surgeries. Over imagination I guess.Now I know it's not going to happen just because I am thinking these things or seeing these visions,it's just my brain trying to play tricks on me. Has anybody else dealt with this? I know once she is out in recovery,all my anxiety will go away,but until then,I am just going out of my mind. Seems to me I'm having an irrational though attack.
