Glands

I have a swollen gland in my neck and have had it for some time where you can feel your pulse I might be over thinking it and it might just be nee noticeable as I feel my pulse a lot in my neck... Surely this isn't due to anxiety?

That its anxiety, they may be thyroid glands which r swollen, there are many reasons for that dont think too much do to a physician and he will check it, mine swells if i hv too much of cold stuffs like icrecream soft drinks etc.. gt it check u will b fine..

Isn't.. due to anxiety, might be a small infection..

You might have a virus! Get it checked if your really worried!
