Low Self Esteem

Hey guys, I won't go into too much detail but I recently lost my mother to an alcohol related illness and I've found myself with the worst self esteem issues, I constantly look in the mirror and find flaws. It's even got to the point where I can't believe a girl likes me when they say so, can anybody offer any help?
