magnesium supplement

I purchased magnesium chloride from a chemist. I was wondering how much to take (It is in powdered form not capsules). I was unable to find magnesium glycinate or magnesium citrate.

Talk to ir GP before hand, dont prescribe medicines too urself pls.. u can experiment with the relaxation exeecises not with the meds..
