Hi everyone,
I've just recently started my battle against anxiety and depression and have been having a really tough time finding the right medication. A counselor I've been talking to said that I should look into the researcher/author Brene Brown. She gives Ted Talks, which I found on YouTube, and has written several books.
I just listened to one Ted Talk and found her extremely moving. She talks about shame and vulnerability and how those correlate with depression and many other related issues.
I just wanted to share it with you all and I hope it touches some of you the way it touched me.

Have a wonderful day! Never lose hope!
