I read a lot on here Re: medication and it makes u put on weight etc or makes u worse ..

I never here the following medication ever mentioned Sertraline for anxiety / depression Propanalol for anxiety ( plus loads ov other things ) Slows yr heart rate dwn
I've never put on weight with these, no side affects , u kan b weaned off them ( I dun it myself twice ) ....
All in all I've found them really good....

Thought so as most medicines mentioned on here I've never heard ov and no-one ever talks about these two.... I'm on them aswel but hardly take them anymore

Yeah I think they helped ... They dnt stop attacks but help with the symptoms , was on them for bowt a year the first time and this time around bout 6yrs

Yeah I can't remember how long they told me but they do need to get into yr system

I feel a little restless more so in my legs the last two days but then that maybe down to not eating much etc for five days

Believe me I'm a good eater and sleeper but since I've had bad Panic attacks a week ago I can't eat or sleep much

No I've had them for over 20 years now,but never this bad that's why I've gone on Meds this time

The same ..... 38 and had them over 20yrs... I get little ones which are manageable ( sort ov ) I do stil get bad ones but not everyday & all day like I've gone thru b4

Sertraline is Zoloft a very common ssri here in the US and worldwide as is the beta blocker propranol(Inderal) which I take for social anxiety. Alankay

How long have you been on it? I've been on propanol off and on for years but I've only just been put on sertraline (five days ago) I know some people would say they are good and some say they did not help them,(that's why there's more than one i Guess lol

Many years but mainly "as needed". Go for period without using the propranolol. Been on fluoxetine since 1992 as it helps. Alankay
