Help!!

Does anyone ever get these weird head things that makes you feel like you need to move your head until until you pull a muscle. Ugh! I get them all the time while driving and I get a nervous feeling in my stomach with them too. Ugh! I'm so tired of this crap!

I get lots of weird head things...

I get weird vision shakes or feels like my brain is shaking/vibrating.

I also feel faint and lightheaded A LOT of the time. I also get strange head rush feelings

I get those too. Ugh! But I swear I get a really bad nervous feeling when they start. It's almost like nervous tic. So weird
