Thank you. While my top number doesn't go quite that elevated, mine does the same exact thing. And I take bp meds in am and pm. What gives???

Well cortisol controls your sleep wake cycle and raises in the morning to wake you up. Cortisol is also the stress/anxiety hormone so as cortisol rises it could cause your bp and hr to rise. Cortisol gets elevated in stressful situations as well as in the morning so my thoughts would be that is why. It is also why many people have more morning anxiety. As the day goes on cortisol levels drop until bedtime when it allows you to get sleepy and goto bed.

It might but you would be better off taking something to directly lower bp and hr. I would try magnesium or taurine. Both are good for the heart, anxiety, bp, ect.

Yes i love Natural Calm. I would drink it any time of the day but yes in the am might be good. Work your way up to around 400mg of mag each day and you should see some great results.
