If u take bp meds everyday and I know ur pressure fluctuates, is it normal to go over 120/80 on your pressure throughout the day?

it can go way over 120/80 with or without BP meds. Mine will go as high as 170 when I'm real stressed and checking it makes it higher. My sister is on BP meds and hers is still always in the 140's.

And this is ok or do they suggest that you increase your dosage?

According to my dock below120/80 is normal...above that indicates you may have hypertension issues. I am on meds and when I get anxious or antsy or frustrated mine will go up to high 130 something over high 90 something. Should it be doing that if you are already taking meds for blood pressure??

When I am cheering for a team or at a sporting event my adrenaline kicks into severe overdrive and my heart is beetling 90 miles a minute. If I'm on a beta blocker is my heart still supposed to do that? Is that safe for my heart of is it harming me??? My friend says hers doesn't do that at all
