Has anyone tried librium?

Has anyone been prescribed this drug? My doctor prescibed me some at 5mg but this seems like a very high dose? When Im panicky Im too scared to take them...

That's not at all a high dose. It's a benzo that is a long acter. The very first benzo in fact and a bit less likely to cause any kind of dependance issue than others. I bet it will help and cause no problems. Start at 5mg, a capsule I bet. Alankay
