Recently ive been having nightmares
when i wake up i feel scared and vonurable. Ive also been shaking. This happens when im about to fall asleep, im fully aware of it but cannot stop it. Ive had epilepsly in the past (night sezures) amd havnt had one in 6 years. Can any one shed any light on this, has any 1 had it before. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! X
