anxiety about a 4

Hey all you survivors (not gonna say sufferers ) I'm at work and my anxiety is about 4, just gonna work through it. I'm not gonna run home and hide. Just know that we all can do it!!!!!!!!

Make sure you take care of yourself. Deep breaths, if that's all you can do at work. Remember all the great things about you and how amazing you are to be able to work through this difficult time - not everyone can!
