Hi! Does any body have been Treated with a ACT(acceptance and commitment therapy) my impression of it is that is different from CBT. I just began reading a book about it and sounds like instead of suppressing UR symptoms u accept them, while on CBT u replace negative ways of thinking behavior?

I've never heard of those techniques but what ever works for you, keep doing it! I going to see a hypnostist next week. It may sound foolish ,but If I can get my fucked up brain to think straight, I would be forever grateful !!
