Hi all!!!
I had found this site searching for a forum for anxiety/depression discussions. Iam 35, i have had depression most of my life. And in the past 5 years got diagnosed with Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and insomnia by my physician. Iam currently taking 90mg cymbalta daily (5 yrs) and 150mg trazodone at night to sleep. And just recently been having some panic attacks. This is something i may need to see my doctor again. Maybe for xanax? Tho iam doing fairly well on cymbalta, sometimes feel as tho i need something a lil extra with it. Maybe like abilify? Or maybe valium? Not sure, i have alot of stress now (possible situational) thats becoming over whelming for me to handle. Any advice or suggestions welcome:D
