What's your favorite meditation video on YouTube? I'm trying to look for new ones ;)

I don't use YouTube for meditation - I use apps which I download, or CDs.

Try finding a buddhist one, their teachings and guided meditations are really good, and you don't have to believe in the religion, their teachings make such sense.

Thanks Lin Im going to look now. I've been using them to fall asleep they've been working pretty good

If want help with falling asleep just the buddhist music is really peaceful too and you can find this on free apps.
