I m pregnant!!!

Yesterday I had a sort of break down I was having pain everywhere
Was in tears whole day without any reason
I went to see my GP to get some meds prescribed she gave me citalopram
This morning I done a pregnancy test and it was positive
I don't know whether to be happy or sad
I kind of feel some relief because I know the reason of my pain
But I m worried about the baby how am I going to cope? How things going to be with the anxiety?

You will now have someone to care for full time and therefore you wont have time to focus on your own anxiety!

I suffer anxiety bad at the moment but i know when i keep myself busy it helps as your not constantly focussing on thoughts.

Have a cup of tea, be positive and realise you are going to bring a new being into the world which is truly a beautiful thing :)

I wouldn't be disheartened, I know some females that have suffered with anxiety, had children and it's been the making of them, enjoy it :) .

I'm pregnant too! We are probably due within weeks of each other. Hang in there. It will be a great thing. I am actually very excited about this baby!!
