Sounds like your use of drugs have left you with various symptoms of anxiety etc. Hopefully if you have stopped using drugs and start eating healthy and exercising, you will find some of these things disappear on their own. Any long lasting effects you might need meds or try things like meditation to help control.

Stay strong. Your anxiety is likely caused by your drug abuse. I have read other people complaining about developing anxiety after smoking marijuana. One advice I can give you is to cut back on masturbation ( if you practice it regularly). I have found that masturbating worsens anxiety and panic attacks.

Hey Abdul, my new friend how are you ? I know a couple of people that set off Panic Disorders with Smoking Pot. It makes sense when you think about it many strains of Marajauna are accompanied by a sense of paranoia. I am told now many types of Marajauna now actually relax you. Personally I don't think it's a good idea given that it is an herb and many of us are allergic to herbs. You sound good now, perhaps that you have gone from a Panic Attack ( random and out of the Blue ) to a Generalized Anxiety ( feel anxious, nervous often) you may just be in a state of fear that the " Big Attack " will return. Remember deep breathing and try very hard not to feed the anxiety by not thinking about it at all. I find an effective way to deal with this and clear your mind of that fear is to carry in your pocket a Xanax , Ativan, Clonipine whatever. You don't have to take this and really work at not taking it but you have to comfort of knowing it is there if you need it. This allows the mind to drift away from that fear and to think of other positive things. After all no matter what happens that med will clear that attack within about 45 minutes. That being said I think the true way to gain confidence over anxiety is to work very hard at " not feeding " anxiety through thought. So if carrying a safety pill in your pocket helps good or if music helps good, whatever works for you. The Optic Nerve in the eye is part of the Nervous System, which is under attack basically, so weird vision is very common. I sometimes find that when my anxiety is up, sun glasses help tremendously. Don't worry about these sensations, deep breathe they will go away. I have completely lost my vision all but a pinhole ( clear in the center ) completely blind all around the very small pinhole. Anxiety is tough, the mind is a strong force but it will also be what saves you through rational positive thoughts. :)

Good ! That's what you need to do ! Ok you are probably having a tough time at night because that is when you had your first Panic Attack, as well as the idea that night sometimes represents fear etc...like don't worry it will be better in the morning etc...turn on the light, it's dark etc..Colds are worse at night and often anxiety as well. This ( Anxiety ) is a Game Of Association, if we associate any place or thing with anxiety, that will bring it on. This shows how much it is all in your mind and " not " a disease. I think knowing that your anxiety at night is in connection with your first attack will allow you to release that fear and you will feel better. You are winning this battle, good for you! It's a mind game, once you master this you will be a strong empowered person !
