Eptizolam is the medication I'm on because of my anxiety and fibromyalgia it's very similar to Xanax but more euphoric I was never the type to take medicines, i just tried it out only a few times but it's very powerful and addictive, so I've stopped and now have encountered withdrawals and more anxiety. I heard kava kava herbal supplement helps with relaxation and anxiety. Has anyone tried it?

I withdrew from Xanax about three months ago. Never tried kava kava, but was told that taking an OTC antihistamine can help. I've also been prescribed Vistaril which is a prescription antihistamine. Kind of helps with the panic and good for sleep. Good luck to you...I don't know exactly what you're feeling coz everyone is different but I know what I felt and it sucked! Feel better soon.
