Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. I've had mild anxiety as long as I can remember, but it started becoming a problem and affecting my life about 6 months ago. I really look forward to talking with all of you here.

Hi Emby. I too have just joined this forum. I too have anxiety. Ive only suffered from it for 6 months. Ive been having troubles coping. Well anyways. Welcome aboard.

I hope that both of you find it helpful being on the Forum and get some helpful advice and friendship from any threads you see or join in. I have made lots of friends on here and really pleased I joined, especially at night when I am awake there is always someone awake on here. Just getting a response from someone who understands you gives you a lift.
