Has anyone here found that their sleep improves if they decrease their anxiety?
Mine is horribly fragmented. It was getting better for a while in early march but is bad now.
Any advice from people who have had this problem?

I sleep better if I do a relaxation exercises. My mind races at night so when I practice my breathing and or relaxation techniques it helps. There are some free smart phone apps you can download.

Meditation and deep breathing have done great things for me when I cant relax. One thing I try to do before going to bed is taking a big deep breath in through my nose, then blow it out slowly. I then in my head picture a waterfall coming down and focus on it until I fall alseep. Works wonders but takes practice.
