I'm Sam, 27, and I live in the US. I've had anxiety on and off since high school and am trying to find out what works for me as far as dealing with it goes. It comes and goes and more often than not it's fine but lately I've been having more of it and I'm trying St. John's Wort and Vitamin B-Complex to try and help me out. I - personally - don't agree with mediction. I'm afraid of it. My own personal opinion. Anyway, hopefully I can make some friends here and have people to talk to when/if I need them.

I hope you find forum good as I do.
If you do not agree with medication you could try alternatives like meditation, hypnosis, acupuncture, essential oils or any other therapies you can get access to.
I do meds and meditation, reflexology and essential oils to help me.
I try nearly every thing anyone suggests to get any relief and help.

Did your anxiety start one day out of the blue? Or was their an experience that you went through that you believe is what brought it on?

I'm a worrier, and I always have been, and lately it just seems to be that I'm focusing on things I don't need to and I'm trying to figure out how to focus on being in the here and now.
