I was not on a elevator today but I have been wondering for a while if anyone has the same symptoms. After I ride elevators and get off them it feels like i'm still moving like my feet feel like weird like they are still going down. Just been wondering this for a while.

Do you know what? This was the VERY first symptom I experienced before my anxiety and panic started. My sister was in the hospital for a while and I had to take the lift (elevator) to visit her. I would feel dizzy and off balance every time I exited and the feeling would last several minutes after. Don't know if this helps because I haven't given you any advice, but I know how you feel. Xxx

I can't go in lifts because I get claustrophobic and I will only go on escalators if they are near a wall as scared of heights. So get real panic attacks in some new shopping centres because they don't often have stairs for public use and now out escalators right in the middle of the centres.

Yep, I actually tumbled down one as a small child in our local mall. I think that's why I can't stand them now. Haha.

Exactly! That feeling makes me sick! I hate roller coasters. I'm a chicken.
