Hi all,
I'm getting ready to start a new job in about a week after a year of unemployment and my anxiety levels are high right now with panic attacks throughout the day. I figured this would be a great time to sign up and speak with fellow anxiety sufferers for support. I am having the typical anticipatory thoughts of failing, of wanting to leave the building, of wondering if i will.like the job, of not feeling worthy, of traffic, etc. It sounds like an ideal opportunity and there are times when i am able to feel excited and then it's back to fear. I am also having a hard time sleeping. I just went back on lexapro a few days ago and am also on welbutrin and have xanax when necessary. I look forward to hearing from you.
