Sharp sudden and painful head pain?

Do you guys get this too? I was on the computer and on talking on the phone and out of nowhere I get a sudden sharp pain on the back of my head. I had to hold my head and drop on the bed for about 3 seconds and it went away. I figured it was the anxiety so I didn't worry too much. It hurt though

Sounds like maybe you twisted your neck funny and maybe strained something for a second. Just remember with anxiety everything we feel may intensify

I get these from time to time it's from my neck being so tense !

I get this occasionally.. not often though.. my husband does too, more often than I do. Not sure what brings it on. For him its usually when he gets up or sits down too fast. For me I can sometimes just be sitting doing nothing and get it. Don't know, I've never thought much of it though or worried about it
