Ok I haven't been on in quite some time... But I have a question... I have always had anxiety worried quite a bit... But lately I can't get a grip I'm constantly worrying something is wrong with me I am completely afraid all the time literally can't shake it... I'm paranoid about it have overwhelming feeling of doom... I hope someone knows what this is like... Please please help
