Hi my chest discomfort started August last year and I've had ekgs and blood work both was ok. But as I know I have bad anxiety and worry about my health I think about it being something bad 24/7 but a few months ago I was told bad posture can cause chest discomfort as I sit hunched over a computer pretty much all day and night. I am not sure how true that is so any info would be great.
Cheers guys

I work at a desk also and I definitely find after a few days at work my back and chest are extremely sore. I catch myself always slouching at work and I do think it's a huge part of the problem.

I sit at a desk pretty much all day just staring at the clock and slouching.
I have never had any chest pain from it , although my back gets sore.
Sore and tight chests are real popular in here with us folks.
If its not one, its the other.
EIther way, nothing to worry about.
Now sit up straight and get back to work.
