Back pain and chest pain

Does anybody experiences back back pain and chest pain due to anxiety. Also even left leg muscle shaking o numbness. Left shoulder numbness also.

yea would get chest pains and back pains alot

Yea me too .. That has trigger my panic attacks.

But I could say that I feel a lot better, but I mean a lot better. But sometimes I crash back into it but only sometimes. How about you ?

Amazing how anxiety and depression presents itself in everyone so differently. As long as you always get any pains checked by Dr so know it is anxiety or depression, then you can treat yourself for that either by going to Dr or psychiatrist for tablets, or other ways like meditation, acupuncture, mindfulness etc. Loads of things out there now to help you. If don't want to go on nhs or mental health courses to learn, you can always learn things like mindfulness or meditation yourself from the internet.

Accupunture is pretty good it such a strange feelin the 1st few goes but def relaxing
