Hi,
I am a 21 year old male. I suffer with really bad anxiety and panic and have done for around 3 years now. I used to have long periods of time with no problem at all but over the last year or so its changed. I don't seem to have good days anymore. They are either average, bad or really bad days.
When a panic attack occurs i get really hot and really cold quickly, i don't know what to do with myself. I have a terrible time even describing how i feel when these attacks happen. They are pretty severe. I'm not sure what to do anymore.
I have previously been on Citalopram and Sertraline but these did not help. I have just started new medication but no sign of improvement yet. The reason i decided to post on here was to hope somebody could tell me ways of dealing with panic attacks for quick relief. Any help would be really appreciated.
