Chest feeling?

What is that feeling in the chest? I guess it's an overall feeling of the mind and body but I feel it starts in the chest. That's where I feel strange. Like my heart has sunk. It makes me feel off and a bit anxious. This is what I've been feeling now.

Kind of but it's mainly in my chest. An uncomfortable feeling. Its not pain or anything it's just an anxious type feeling I don't like. Its Weird

Mm, no It's like a feeling that kind of brings me down. A nervous sensation. It's hard to explain but it changes my mood. Makes me want to avoid doing things I guess

I honestly have to keep moving my shoulder up and down so it's like I can't feel my heart bc it just sank into back. It's a weird feeling. I just have to keep occupied and get distracted :( it's sucks

It's really the only thing that has me right now. If I didn't feel this I would have the anxiety. I used to be really bad and the symptoms have slowly changed and gotten less intense. This is what I'm feeling now and it's very unpleasant.

Its extremely unpleasant its starting to affect my sleep n eating I try to stay distracted but its all the time ALL THE TIME!!!! I get so frustrated that I wanna cry but nothing comes out its like the feeling has everything compressed and ur gna burst but also cant

No. I used to have heart palpitations but I don't anymore. It's a strange warmth and disturbing feeling I guess you could say

When struggling to cope at work because if depression, I get funny heart flutters which can last all morning, but know heart OK because had ECG before a recent knee operation, so think it is stress and another way it comes out in our bodies.

I get that feeling to and it is a very unpleasant feeling. I sometimes can get it to go away by breathing in and out slowly and concentrating on that.

Yes good idea, I have been learning meditation and basic one on just a few minutes concentrating on your breath can really help to stop these symptoms.

I get this sinking feeling too. I'm thinking about trying a beta blocker.
