I hate having anxiety!!!
I take lovan 20mg, it helps some what... But then I get panic attacks....
Like tonight my boyfriend is at his friend toms house... I was panicking thinking other girls would be there, that I'd get cheated on...
To the point where I asked him to take a photo of who was there to ease my anxiety...
He said himself it was ridiculous, and I feel so bad. I said I couldn't trust him until I saw proof that there was no girls there.
I need help so bad
